Most people who start therapy feel lost in life on some level, unsure of how to find their way, and this can be especially true for autistics and ADHDers. Perhaps you can relate. Maybe you check things off of your to do list but you don't feel like you're getting anything done or you know you'd be happier if you made changes but change is just too fucking scary.

Therapy with me consists of 50-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. And I’m not the type of therapist who just sits back and listens. I will share thoughts when it's helpful and guide you toward your own inner solutions.
